Saturday, July 3rd: Plane departs from Denver International Airport (DIA) at 03:50 pm on a non-stop flight to the Las Vegas McCarran LAS Airport at 04:50 pm. A guide will be there on arrival to assist and guide you to luggage pick-up and the shuttle. Will arrive at the Monte Carlo Las Vegas Resort and Casino around 06:00 pm. Check-in will be on arrival and you will receive a schedule and maps of the hotel and places on the schedule. Reservations for dinner will be at 07:30 pm at Andre's Restaurant & Lounge inside the Monte Carlo. Welcome Ceremony will take place in honor of the graduating class of 1960. Drinks will follow. Sunday, July 4th: Breakfast will be served to your room at 09:00 a.m. from room service (expect a call at 08:00 a.m.) every morning. Then you are welcome to go to the Adventuredome (located inside Circus Circus) located in 2880 Las Vegas Blvd South which is set to commence at 11:00 a.m. We will meet for lunch at Delmonico Steakhouse located in 3355 Las Vegas Blvd South. After lunch, buses will either take you back to the hotel that has shows throughout the day or you may go anywhere you like with friends or just yourself. We plan to meet back at the hotel for dinner. We will eat in the hotel's The Pub around 06:00 p.m. Then back in Las Vegas Blvd South (inside South Point), Diamond Rio, one of the best country bands, will perform their concert at 08:30 p.m. *If interested in other late night shows/concerts, check with the hotel at the front desk. There are many to choose from! Buses run 24/7, every 15-20 minutes. No charge if you have your Bus Pass present! Monday, July 5th: Different shows and concerts, with the same schedule as the day before, will be running. But personally, we recommend that you "hang out" and do your own thing with your long-lost pals before you, again, go your separate ways. This schedule is merely a guide. There will be a dance at 06:00 p.m. shortly after dinner. Prom all over again! Tuesday, July 6th: Plane departs from Las Vegas McCarran LAS Airport at 03:35 p.m. on a one-stop flight to DIA and will arrive in Denver at 7:40 a.m. *We thank you for looking into this and we hope to see you soon!* |
